Taylors Photography Club's Photo Idol Search

Think you have the skills to become the First ever Photo Idol of TPC?
Think you can phlash better than anyone?

This shall be the first ever competition organized for this year so grab your cameras and join in the fun of photography! So here is how the competition goes.

What we want....
One picture each for these themes

1. NO HDR ALLOWED
2. As little editing of the photos possible... (prefer original photos)

Hola señor y señorita! Congrats to all of you who made it with us to Pulau Ketam. And hopefully all of you had a 'crapy' day! ;D
Well one thing for sure most of us right now have either red skin or skin peel, which to me, was worth it =)
By the way our flickr group pool is open for you to share your shots with us BUT for the 5 shots that you wanna submit for the competition, please name the pictures as "Life on Pulau Ketam".

Looking forward to see life breathing through your pictures :)

Date: 7th February (Tomorrow. duh -.-)

Option A (the cool group) -
Time: 9.30am SHARP
Venue: Port Klang Jetty / Jeti Pelabuhan Klang
Method of transport: Up to you.


Option B (the cooler group) -
Time: 8.00 am SHARP
Venue: TCPJ Courtyard
Method of transport: KTM + ferry + legs (estimated fee around RM 20 per human being)

Additional information:

1)Train ticket (both ways) between Setia Jaya to Pelabuhan Klang costs RM6.40

2)Return ferry ticket from Pelabuhan Klang jetty to Pulau Ketam costs RM14.00 (subject to change).

3)Bicycle rental in Pulau Ketam costs RM5.00 per day (subject to change).

4)Departure and arrival times for KTM Komuter and ferry may vary from schedule.

5)Non-halal food only available in Pulau Ketam.

6)Most tourist spots are on private property. Request for permission first before proceeding.

7)Participants are advised to move around the island in small groups.

8)Go check your mail now.


***Take Note: By 9.30am you are still on the way to the jetty (meaning you're LATE) please give our president a phone call to inform her.

if not you will be left to swim alone to pulau ketam with the aligators.

ATTENTION ALL!!

The votes are in and the results is as shown. Our meetings will be held on Wednesdays from 5 pm - 630+ PM. So.... Sorry for those who voted for Thursday but majority shows that Wednesday is the favorite. We still hope to see you coming to the meetings.
